The first day of this window treatment course shows the timeless quality of classic styles and how many can be reinterpreted to great effect in today’s interiors.

This course considers proportions of windows and appropriate styles. Students will be able to see first hand samples of headings and construction methods. There will be illustrations of classic treatments for future reference.

In the afternoon we concentrate on drawing classic treatments so that you can prepare professional visuals for your client presentation. The second day of this course considers contemporary treatments (see Window Treatments 2 below).

The second day of this window treatments course demonstrate pared down simplicity and uncluttered lines. This course will consider how to create streamlined effects using construction methods that will not detract from the fabric or the window itself. Samples will be available with illustrations for reference.

In the afternoon, learn how to illustrate contemporary window treatments so that you can prepare professional visuals for client presentations.
